We are Regeneron, a leading biotechnology company expanding our international footprint with new Commercial affiliates in Europe and Asia. We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team on a temporary contract basis. This role will be responsible for all HR activities for our employees in France and other countries as our organization grows. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Regeneron’s global workforce and talent management practices, enhancing the employee experience and supporting our high-performance culture. This is a temporary contract opportunity with a contract end date on 30 September, 2025.
A typical day might include the following:
Partnering with business leaders and HR colleagues to identify and plan key HR initiatives.
Providing coaching to managers and employees, emphasizing the Regeneron Way to drive success.
Collaborating with Regeneron’s Law Department on European statutory matters to resolve employee relations issues.
Managing employee representation matters, including negotiating with works councils.
Leading talent acquisition efforts, participating in interviews, and supporting the hiring process.
Supporting successful onboarding of new employees in partnership with hiring managers.
Identifying organizational development needs and implementing solutions with leadership.
Contributing to the international Talent Review process and providing guidance to leaders and staff.
Partnering with the Total Rewards team to define roles, implement pay for performance, and develop career ladders.
Using survey data to help managers develop action plans that support business and people needs.
This role may be for you if:
You have a track record of taking initiative and prioritizing essential tasks.
You are skilled in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis and comfortable with various technology systems.
You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and can deliver pragmatic solutions using data.
To be considered, you have a minimum of 8 years’ HR experience, with several years in the bio/pharma industry. You have a track record in supporting or working directly in an International Commercial organization. You're fluent in French and English, with additional languages (Spanish, Italian, German) being desirable and you have expertise in managing employee representation matters and engaging with works councils.
