Position Summary:
The Colleague Relations Partner will work closely with the HR Manager and Leadership focusing on policy application, compliance, and colleague relations initiatives within our Regional Health Ministry (RHM). This role ensures consistency in delivering HR services and supports investigations, problem resolution, and various administrative HR needs.
Responsibilities:
Uphold Trinity Health’s Mission, Vision, and Values in all interactions and decisions.Collaborate with HR and Colleague Relations teams to support effective planning and policy implementation.Maintain consistency in colleague relations policies and compliance; partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams as directed.Conduct and document investigations for colleague relations issues, providing objective recommendations to management.Manage administrative duties related to colleague relations, including exit interviews, compliance checks, and HR-related policy enforcement.Oversee aspects of position control, workforce planning, and leave administration, Worker's Comp.New Hiring OrientationActively engage in unemployment hearings, EEOC claims, and other grievance proceedings as necessary.Manage the reporting and documentation of work-related injuries, including accurate data entry and submission to third-party administrators.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience); minimum three years in a related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present in virtual and on-site settings.Demonstrated accountability, independence, and decision-making abilities.ACT 33/34/73 clearances Pre-Employment Drug Screen
