Your role and responsibilities
Understand the business drivers, the current and long-term strategy and identify opportunities for HR to add value to the business.Set and implement HR priorities in the organization in line with global R&D people strategy, covering culture, people, and organization utilizing the existing HR solution portfolio or ensuring to provide new solutions where appropriate.Bring rich and relevant internal and external data, analysis and insight to the business and HR leadershipEnsure change management requirements are translated into actions that support the business strategy and plan;Apply in-depth Business knowledge to support and coach managers implementing necessary measures and actions to facilitate change, including communication, reorganization, performance management, motivation, recognition.Demonstrate collaboration in HR team, actively involve/support local division programs for continuous improvement and developing employee engagement.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor degree or above in human resources, management or related field is requiredMinimum 5 years of HRBP experiences in manufacturing environment with a global company, preferably in technology or high-tech companiesStrong and active external network, broad knowledge in all HR work streams especially in Compensation and BenefitsExcellent presentation skill with data analysis ability Fluent in English & Chinese
