HR Business Partner

How you will create an impact + This is your opportunity to take on an end-to-end Business Partner role that combines hands-on, operational responsibilities with the chance to get involved in key strategic projects. + We want you to drive the people agenda by providing a professional, proactive, and effective HR service to your assigned business areas . This will include delivering a wide range of HR programs such as compensation review, internal mobility, employee relations, wellness, succession planning, and employee developmen t . + You will work closely with the business areas to align local delivery with the overall country and global strategy. There will be close liaison with leaders and managers to ensure that HR and change management initiatives are designed and delivered to achieve targeted talent and business outcomes. + You will input directly into talent acquisition, talent management and retention initiatives. + You will also develop trusted relationships with leaders – and advise and coach them on key HR themes such as organizational culture , performance management and employee relations. + Provide tailor made solutions in response to the business needs. + Collaborate with key stakeholders to make recommendations for enhanced processes and controls with compensation and promotions management. + Provide stakeholder management across various business functions to ensure initiatives, performance evaluations, training, partners etc., activities are all aligned + Undertake business projects and initiatives as required, may recommend and implement across the business. + Provide subject matter expertise for managing defined compensation plans and processes. + Provide crucial data and reports for the region and local regulators (including internal and external audit requests). + Liaise and collaborate with service providers, benefit consultants, carriers/vendors and legal as needed. + Responsible for delivery of services against agreed SLA’s and metrics. + Responsible for achieving optimal levels of efficiency and effectiveness for the team through process improvement and collaboration What you’ll need to succeed + HR business partnership and organizational design experience, including acting as an advisor to leaders . + Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, talent management and talent acquisition . + Experience of collaborating with leaders in a large, global company operating in multiple locations, countries, and regions. Financial services / i nsurance knowledge is beneficial but not essential. + Strong commercial skills with a successful track record that shows business impact through human capital initiatives. + Strong relationship building skills and the a bility to collaborate with, and influence , managers and colleagues .
