Position Summary

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with the business objectives of multiple business units within the aviation industry. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will drive initiatives that enhance workforce performance, foster a positive organizational culture, and support the achievement of business goals. In this fast-paced, high-demand environment, you will serve as a trusted advisor who strategically addresses complex HR challenges while naturally excelling at building strong business relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic settings and is passionate about making an impact through innovative HR solutions that align with evolving business needs.


This role is an office-based position, on a hybrid schedule, working at least three times weekly from the office. Our ideal candidate will work from our location in Opa Locka, FL, opening in Fall 2025. In the meantime, training and office-based needs will be provided out of the West Palm Beach, FL location. The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range will be as follows: $75,000 - $110,000 plus a performance-based bonus up to 10% of annual salary.

Minimum Requirements You’ve got a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field. At least 5 years of hands-on HR experience where you’ve made an impact (bonus points if you’ve been in a business partner role!). You know HR inside and out, from employment laws to best practices, and you’re ready to bring that expertise to a fast-paced environment. You thrive in high-demand settings, juggling multiple priorities with ease, and love finding creative solutions to complex problems. Strong communication skills are your superpower, and you know how to build relationships, influence, and advise senior leaders like a pro. Experience in the aviation industry or a similarly high-stakes field? Even better! Main Responsibilities Be the go-to HR partner for business leaders—helping them solve their toughest people challenges and align HR strategies with business goals. Build strong relationships with leaders across multiple business units, becoming a trusted advisor they can count on for insights, support, and creative solutions. Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, performance, and organizational culture—think talent development, workforce planning, and change management. Roll up your sleeves and dive into complex issues like employee relations, succession planning, and organizational design—turning challenges into opportunities for growth. Keep a pulse on the aviation industry and evolving HR trends, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve with innovative practices. Lead from the front on key HR projects that make an impact across the organization, from policy development to implementing strategic initiatives. Act as a champion for our fast-paced, high-performance culture, making sure that HR is a key player in achieving our business objectives. Collaborate across teams and get things done—whether it’s working with talent acquisition, compensation, or other HR functions, you’re always in the mix! Manage all employee relations, partnering with management to handle performance metrics, issues, investigations and ensuring fair and consistent practices.
