Our client is seeking a temporary HR Business Partner to join their team for a few months!

About the Job:

Provide effective operational services and advice to business leaders.Resolve employee conduct/relation issues and support performance improvement.Build morale, increase productivity and retention, and improve work relationships.Develop tailored training programs and ensure HR data/reporting is effective.Support organizational objectives and priorities through additional tasks.

About You:

5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience.A bachelor's degree is required; A master's is preferred; A J.D. is highly desired.Complete and strong understanding of employment laws and mitigating employee relations disputes.Proficient in HRIS systems, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.Passionate about DEI with the ability to grow and manage-up employees.

About the Position:
