Job DescriptionIn your role as an HR Business Partner, you'll collaborate closely with various business units to address organisational goals by implementing people-centric solutions. Your expertise in people and talent management will guide the development and execution of strategies that drive business success. Your collaborative nature, dedication, and influence will be instrumental as you work across the two practices to attract, onboard, nurture, engage, and retain top talent.
Partnering:
Articulate, drive, and manage all HR lifecycle processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout.Partner closely with business leaders to spearhead employee-related initiatives, aligning HR efforts with organisational goals.Support in designing and refining employee-friendly policies and frameworks tailored to meet specific business needs.Ensure excellence in service delivery across HR processes, including onboarding, learning and development, operations, and recognition programs.Serve as a champion for employee advocacy, handle grievance resolution effectively, and manage the Performance Improvement Process (PIP).Develop and implement talent management strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top talent.Support the HR Director with current analytics/data of the business unit to report back to management.Devise innovative approaches to enhance talent retention rates and mitigate turnover risks.Proactively lead pre- and post-joining employee engagement activities within the vertical.
Business Strategy/Transformation:
Demonstrate clear leadership by understanding business performance, trends, and needs, and support continuous transformation efforts.Collaborate with business leaders and the HR Director to design and implement change management strategies.Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters to ensure compliance with company policies and labour law.
Talent Management:
Support the HR Director to ensure the right people are in the right roles.Drive people processes to align employee performance and capabilities with current and future standards.Lead annual talent cycles, including workshops, performance reviews, mandator global training and development planning.Maintain high-quality employee data and manage talent projects aligned with business strategy.Develop and implement comprehensive development and succession plans for key positions.
Employee Advocacy & Engagement:
Provide guidance to leaders and managers on supporting employee development and potential.Analyse engagement survey data and facilitate action planning to improve team dynamics.Mobilise functional leadership teams to enhance communication and engagement.Utilise HR expertise and effective performance management practices to provide strategic HR solutions for employees and the business.
Learning & Development:
Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.Coordinate employee development initiatives, including training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.QualificationsNational Diploma in Human Resources Management (Post-Graduate is an advantage)Minimum 3 years experience in as a HR Business Partner (Advertising experience is an advantage)Required proficiency level in English: FluentGood communication skills and execution abilities.Ability to interact confidently with key stakeholders.Autonomous, driven, self-starter.Ability to show leadership, empathy, and flourish in a rapidly changing environment.Ability to demonstrate respect, confidence, care, and courage in talent development and management decisions.Utilize creative storytelling to influence the business.Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies, and sub-systems.Hands-on working knowledge on excelAbility to work in diverse teams & have a problem-solving approach.Additional Information
