HR Benefits Specialist
This position is responsible to manage the benefits administrations of Corteva employees in a variety of African countries. The person holding this position must also provide assistance to employees with inquiries related to their local benefits and related policies, procedures and transactions. **Job Responsibilities** + Daily administration of a number ofbenefit programs.   + Partners with other teams in the HR service center teams and our Center of Expertise (Total Rewards team) to ensure operational success across the organization and exceptional employee experience  + Establishes and helps to manage appropriate benefit vendors meetings for ongoing escalations and operations follow up. + Requests, analyzes, and provides data reports from appropriate internal/external resources. Provides in-depth analysis of data + Ensures accuracy of data, which may originate from multiple system sources across vendors and other HRIS organizations. + Collaborates in HR Projects as required and self-sufficiently balances workload with daily operations. **Job Qualification** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Technologies, or other related field required, and master’s degree is preferred **A successful candidate must have:** + Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and a second European language + Proficiency in French (written and verbal) is highly desired. Other European language capabilities will be considered as a relevant asset, especially Romanian, German, Turkish. + At least 2 years' previous experience working in Human Resources preferablyin the Benefits area + Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products  + Previous experience in HR systems as Workday & ServiceNow is desired **Qualifications ** + Excellent communication skills written and oral  + Excellent research and problem-solving skills + Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner. + Ability to organize and prioritize in a very fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and rapidly changing business environment + Flexibility and productivity to perform in a demanding environment + Ability to work independently, managing incoming and outgoing workload.
