By joining Citi, you will become part of a global organisation whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress. **Team/Role overview:** The Benefits Analyst is an **intermediate level position** that requires at least basic knowledge of HR processes and some experience ( **min. 1 year** ) in a similar role within HR or Data Analytics. **What you'll do:** + Conducts market pricing activities such as job matching, data analytics, job pricing including analysis of cash and equity compensation practices and staffing trends. + Generates and reviews compensation related reports from both internal systems, external market data vendors (database to manage employee data and competitive compensation data) and Microsoft Access + Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. + Prepares advanced analytics and modeling to fulfill ad hoc data requests. + Focuses on administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparation. + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made. **What we'll need from you:** + At least 2 years of work experience preferred; Previous experience in HR would be a great asset. + Proven experience in data analysis. + Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel. + Analytical mindset and attention to detail + Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities. + Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. + Very good knowledge of English (min.
