Job Title: HR Benefits Advisor
Location: Hybrid Work Model Reporting to Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract

Duties
• Assist in client's efforts to provide world-class benefits to our team mates in these areas:
o Retirement
o Pension
o Life Insurance claims assistance
o Leave
• Respond to employee questions submitted through our Service Now case system.

Requirements
• Ability to exhibit a professional, positive attitude and independent work ethic.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Exhibit sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred
• Oracle HCM experience.
Hours
• Business hours are 8am to 4:30pm
