Job Description

This exciting role is an important part of our Experian HR team!

You will have an important role in delivering an excellent experience to our employees and managers, providing advice on HR policies, procedures and fulfilling requests.

What you'll be doing

You will be the first point of contact for employees where self-service is either unavailable or where the query cannot be resolved through self-service channels available. You will provide answers to frequent questions related to e.g., HR policies, processes and executes transactions unavailable through self service. Complex queries may need to be escalated to specialists.Complete requests from employees, creating written documents to meet regional laws or compliance.Be part of the team in planning and directing the establishment and administration of HR Shared Services in recruitment, staff processes, employee records and organizational change, help develop appropriate processes.Follow process mapping and ensure standard practices are implemented.Provide regional support to the HR Departments and be involve in developing processes which facilitate the quality of administration.Meet defined service level agreement metrics for providing accurate, and timely services.Provide services in different functions areas of HRSS in meeting our needs and that of its stakeholders; ensure that HRSS meets customer requirements.Document inquiries through ticketing and case management solutionUse data insights to monitor effectiveness of service delivery and to improve the employee experience.Identify service issues, proposing improvements, and leading the implementation of changes.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

2+ years of work experience in HR related rolesPassionate and proud of delivering a great customer experience -delighting our employees and managesExperience in a HR Shared Services Delivery Center environment would be an added advantageGood command of the English LanguageKnowledge of Oracle an added advantage Systematic with the ability to initiate process improvements and challenge current practices and bring the necessary support to its partners

This is a permanent remote home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
