General Description 

As a Human Resources Associate in Learning & Development, you will handle the logistics for technology training programs.  This role will mainly involve working together to manage learning initiatives related to the introduction of new systems and applications.

 

Key Responsibilities 

Schedule training with external and internal trainers.  Keep electronic records of training attendance following established guidelines using our LMS (Success Factors).    Prepare and manage training materials. Ensures training sessions meet according to design requirements, such as room setup, necessary materials, and facility conditions, among others.  Support facilitators to ensure the employee experience.  Design presentation, training materials and activities, among others.    Manage test scores and satisfaction survey results for each session.  Report on course participation and outcomes.  Handle invoices and budget for training programs. 

 

Education 

Associate degree or higher in Business Administration with concentration on Human Resources, Information System and Project Management is preferred or master's in arts in Industrial Psychology.  Other concentrations in education may be evaluated with experience equivalence.

Experience

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in capability building, process improvement, project management, development and implementation of action plans, corporate/strategic level responsibilities and/or management consulting. Experience in instructional design, adult learning principles and facilitation is desired. Experience in systems implementation.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

Tech skills: Have the right abilities, practical and intuitive understanding to use technology and systems. Instructional design: Understanding of creating content using practical and diverse adult learning methods Computer and tech skills: Advanced skills in the Office 365 (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word) and other presentation software.  Experience with Learning Management Systems (Success Factors is a plus).  A high level of skills in eLearning tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond and SAP Enable Now. Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with little supervision.  Ability to deliver results according to plan with the expected quality. Excellent organization ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.  Understanding of project coordination, business needs identification, work plan, budget control, time management, resource allocation, team management and status reports.  Must show leadership, logic, and reasoning abilities. Operational/Regulations Processes: Understanding of budget administration, resources allocation, organization’s policies, and regulations.  Ability to create, execute and monitor operational processes properly, and make changes.

 

Travel:  May need to travel to different training centers in PR and VI.

 

Language: Must be able to communicate fluently in Spanish and English, both orally and in writing.

 

No certifications or license needed.
