Job DescriptionAssisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProvides clerical support to the HR teamCompiling and organizing papers and digital employment recordsScanning different type of documentsStoring scanned documents in foldersStoring documents in employees Personal Records (originals and hard copy)Removing/replacing ex-employees Personal Records in different storageSupport Local HR in different HR activitiesMaintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments

QualificationsStrong administration skillsStrong organizational skills including experience managing multiple prioritiesGood attention to detailRespect of confidentialitySolid written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency in MS Office
