HR and Payroll Coordinator
Description We are looking for an organized and proactive HR and Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll, compliance, safety, and HR tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities: + Process weekly payroll for office and field staff and prepare reports. + Post jobs, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding through HR platforms. + Ensure OSHA compliance, schedule safety training, and manage accident reporting. + Maintain and update employee handbooks, manuals, and benefit tracking. + Handle prevailing wage payroll calculations and maintain accurate records. + Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) for scheduling, reporting, and tracking. + Coordinate materials for supervisors and assist with general HR tasks.
