HR and Benefit Coordinator/Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with employees to resolve benefit-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records related to benefits enrollment, changes, and
terminations.
• Setting up training courses for employees.
• Process payroll changes and ensure accurate payroll records related to benefits.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Greet guests at the front desk and answer phone calls.
• Assist with other office tasks as needed.
