As our HR Analytics and Insights Lead, you will provide a range of services and be a key enabler for HR and business leaders with data insights to support their people strategy globally of McGraw Hill employees. How are you creating an impact? You will be responsible for delivering compelling stories with metrics, and consultatively work with leaders to drive solutions impacting business outcomes. As a result, the HR Analytics and Insight Lead will design, document, build, test and support the people analytics framework utilizing a variety of data reporting, transformation and visualization tools. A typical day might include: Building key stakeholder relationships, create awareness around what can be produced by analytic tools and consult with them to design metrics that will deliver meaningful insights To build compelling stories and insights using people data and other data sources to help HR and business leaders make optimal decisions You will be designing, developing and deploying analytical models which might be prescriptive or predictive depending on the use-case Collaborating with cross-functional teams with appropriate success metrics and clearly defined key outcomes Ensure of the data privacy, governance rules and likewise demonstrate exceptional judgement when dealing with sensitive data Lead the way in upskilling of HR and business leaders on People Analytics around metrics, insights, and tools use We are looking for someone with: A strong experience of minimum 3 years in analysing structured and unstructured data using tools such as Alteryx, R or Python A strong experience of administering and developing dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI Good to have Workday report development experience Clear understanding of working in a global capacity Why join us?
