This role focuses on gathering and analyzing HR data to support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
\nThe HR Analyst with Turkish and English is responsible for:
\n \n Informing employees about services available and assessing their needs; \n Providing support, by handling and answering Human Resources related queries through telephone and e-mail; \n Managing end-to-end HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, terminations, resignations;\n Assisting employees in the completion of appropriate forms, navigation of HR systems, processes, and policies; \n Working together with HR teams and third parties to ensure the accuracy of employee data/records and provide assistant and support, when needed; \n Handling highly confidential material and providing information to employees on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records by observing internal regulations; \n Providing timely communication of suitable solutions.\n \nThe ideal candidate:
\n \n Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English (B2 upwards); \n Excellent skills of Windows Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power-Point); \n 1 year of relevant experience in providing employee support and possess a solid understanding of the interrelationships between company policies, payroll, benefits and HRIS; \n Good knowledge of HR processes (time-off management, employee benefits); \n Good knowledge of Workday HCM Module; \n Positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking; \n Ability to meet deadlines; \n Good analytical skills; \n Proactive, flexible and adaptable; \n Team-oriented.\n \nWhat we offer:
