HR Analyst
In this position, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Analyst to support the IT organizations within the EMEA region and Cluj Solution Center. This role will work closely with the Senior HR Manager EMEA, HR Business Partner EMEA and Employee Relations Generalist for Cluj, to provide administrative support and assist in the execution of strategic HR initiatives through the Talent Acquisition process, Talent Development, HR Analytics and HR Administration. We are looking forward to seeing your application! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Provide administrative support to the HRBPs and HR Generalist in daily HR operations. + Assist with HR documentation, record-keeping, and data management to ensure compliance and accuracy. + Support strategic HR initiatives from an administrative perspective, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up. + Manage the New Requisitions process in Oracle Recruit and hiring related activities; + Support Onboarding process and ensure all steps of Onboarding are checked. + Help to establish new and revise existing job description with Hiring Manager; + Prepare and distribute Org Announcements. + Develop and maintain Excel files presentations, other reports and materials + Prepare clear and concise PowerPoint presentations for data storytelling + Assist with tracking soft skills training, Leadership programs and mandatory trainings; + Offer support in preparing and organizing the All Employees Meeting; + Distribute to employees recurrent gifts and awards; + Organize and participate in the monthly Meet Your HR meetings organized with New Hires; + Sign Addendums with employees for Work from Home, job changes, schedule changes etc.; follow-up and tracking on completion; + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and local HRs to ensure data accuracy and consistency in Oracle **Who You Are:** You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are outstanding at spotting and seizing new ways to solve problems.
