Key Responsibilities

HR Policy Implementation: Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.Recruitment Coordination: Manage the recruitment process from drafting adverts to conducting interviews.Onboarding & Inductions: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires.Payroll Management: Collate monthly payroll data and resolve any queries.Performance Reviews: Oversee the performance review process and provide necessary support.Diversity & Inclusion: Lead initiatives to promote equality and diversity within the firm.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Advisor role.CIPD Level 5 Essential, Desirable Level 7Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR practices.Excellent communication and organisational skills.A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships.
