At our facility in Mississauga you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the HR Advisor - HR Succession Program :
Assist managers and supervisors with employee issues, including documentation and advice Collaborate with HR centers of expertise to manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, background checks, and offer letters Maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies to meet staffing needs and ensure qualified candidates Help develop and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance across all levels Support the performance review process, offering training and ensuring completion Contribute to community involvement, employee engagement, and mental health initiatives Maintain accurate employee records in line with legal and company requirements Provide managers with HR support, training, and resources for performance management and succession planning Manage health and safety programs, including work compensation, disability claims, and fostering a safety-conscious and supportive work culture Support plant engagement by aligning HR activities with Cascades’ values and business strategy

You too, put forward your strengths:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role Curious and eager to learn, with a continuous drive to expand knowledge and skills Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster positive working relationships and deliver clear, compelling presentations both orally and in writing Proven experience working in a fast-paced, change-focused environment Demonstrates discretion, with a positive, professional demeanor at all times Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledgeable in relevant legislative requirements and standards Must have mobility within the Greater Toronto Area
