**Job Description**
The HR Service Advisor is a key member of the HR Services team, responsible for delivering high-quality support for benefits and employee movement processes in the region. This role ensures effective service delivery to employees, managers, and the HR community, contributing to consistent employee experiences across the company.
The Mexico HR Service Center supports BIC’s HR programs with services including customer support, core HR operations (benefits, data management, onboarding, and employee lifecycle), process optimization, HR digital solutions, and project management.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ **HR Central Services Customer Support**
+ Supports employees and managers by responding to inquiries and performing transactions using documented processes and policies; handles routine inquiries and transactions by referring to standard policies and procedures; escalates issues to senior team members or triages inquiries to the appropriate queue.
+ Answers questions from employees and managers on how to use Human Resources shared services, platforms, and tools.
+ **Process Management**
+ Reviews own performance metrics target and identifies opportunities for improvement.
+ **Data Management**
+ Inputs employee data into Success Factors database and/or documents activities as requested; verifies data input to ensure accuracy by following established guidelines.
+ Supports the operational compliance in data handling by learning relevant policies, procedures, and processes.
+ **Documentation**
+ Reviews documents and reports related to employee records in Human Resources processes (e.g., new hire on-boarding, hire, termination) and verifies their accuracy; participates in information-gathering sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
+ Documents and updates processes, desk-top procedures, and knowledge-based content as requested in a timely manner; provides input for change on SOPs.
**Projects You’ll Work On:**
+ Support regional rollout of new HR tools and systems, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
+ Participate in process improvement initiatives, focusing on automation and efficiency in HR operations.
+ Collaborate on regional and global HR projects, such as employee engagement programs and policy updates.
+ Assist in data migration and system integration efforts for HR platforms.
+ Contribute to the creation and standardization of HR workflows to enhance service delivery.
**What We’re Looking For In You:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field
+ 3+ years experience in HR Operations, Customer Support, HR, or in a customer-facing role
+ CE2, TOEFL, or similar Language Certification (if not native speaker for needed language).
+ **Great communication skills – both written and verbal in English (Advanced)**
+ Success Factors HR system understanding and Excel proficient.
+ Ability to make decisions that impact customer service levels with a sense of urgency.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to help others.
+ Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing work tasks with speed and accuracy in a detailed work environment.
+ Understand life cycle of employee from hiring to retirement.
+ Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
