Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 Human Resources or relevant qualifications Time and attendance and payroll matters
and systems Sage Pastel or VIP Payroll Understanding of Labour Legislation pertaining to daily HR Practices and Policies and specifically for seasonal work cycle Plan and communicate HR related meetings, medicals, take-ons, terminations, employee training and induction workshops where required Valid driver's license
