Our client is searching for a HR Administrator to be based at their offices in the Vaal area The successful individual will be required to provide HR administrative support on day to day basis and contribute to the longrun development of HR functions Support the HR Co coordinators in
providing a comprehensive HR service to managers and staff within the organization

Key Performance Areas
Preparing documentation needed for new hires or effective changes in salary status or benefits
Establishing maintaining and controlling employee records recruitment relations records files correspondence reports
Managing sensitive and confidential matters like employee relations and organizational changes planning and protecting the security of information data and files
Administering and monitoring new hire induction programs
Providing assistance in the recruitment process such as advertising vacant positions screen through cvs arrange interviews administering preemployment tests as required and maintaining recruitment records
Providing assistance in monitoring employee probation periods contracts and evaluations
Interacting with and supplying information to employees department heads and job applicants
Providing general administrative support such as preparing correspondence forms and reports arranging meetings composing regular correspondence &ndash Newsletter processing confidential reports and documents filing electronic and hard copy tracking deadlines and taking down minutes
as needed
Providing assistance for training sessions Research training topics prepare documentation / presentation training material schedule training sessions and notify employees that must attend training
Responsible for maintaining and sending regrets to unsuccessful interview candidates

Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role/ administration environment
Knowledge of recruitment process
Able to present information in forms tables and spreadsheets
Should be an effective communicator verbally as well as through writing skills
Ability to operate under immense pressure
Able to deliver effective results meet tight deadlines and targets
Bilingual
Proficient in MS Office including MS Word MS Excel
