HR Administrator (F/M/D)

The Opportunity:

Under limited supervision, performs intermediate skilled administrative support work and collaboratively assists with a variety of human resources functions, programs, and activities, maintaining confidential employee files and records, and related work as apparent or assigned. This position assists with planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing, measuring results, and evaluating human resources functions

Team Structure

Reporting to the HR Manager Norway and working alongside her on following HR tasks.

Qualifications

Experience : proven experience in an HR role

Education : HR education and/or certifications will be an added advantage. High school diploma or equivalent professional experience ; higher education preferred

Good communication skills in Norwegian (Fluent) and English

How You Will Thrive and Create Impact

Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners. The main administrative responsibilities include maintaining HR records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and recruitment process guides) and updating/controlling internal databases.

Payroll responsible, driving the process and ensuring the payroll vendor has all information needed, and ensuring the payments are done accurate and in time. This role also include responsibility for reporting on leaves and pension. Full knowledge of employee benefits eg. pension and insurances, and providing nescessary information to employees.

General office Admin includes to efficiently support in handling general inquiries. Responsible for performing administrative work at the office, purchasing office and promotional materials, taking care of company guests, and providing administrative support to managers and organization leaders.
