Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team!
You will oversee workforce planning and employment processes of temporary employees. You will serve as the primary contact for temporary agencies, manage the HRIS system, and assist with employee relations. Additionally, you will support full-time employee processes and administer workers' compensation claims while preparing and analyzing various reports.
ResponsibilitiesOversee workforce planning and employment processes of temporary employees, including interviewing applicants, managing pre-employment procedures, and handling transfers, promotions, hires, and terminations.Serve as the primary contact for temporary agencies to ensure seamless coordination, payroll processing, and weekly invoice reconciliation.Manage the company's HRIS system, including timesheets, payroll processing, personnel changes, and onboarding/offboarding of temporary employees.Assist in resolving employee relations issues and lead investigations in alignment with Corporate HR as needed.Support onboarding, termination processes, company evaluations, and administrative tasks related to full-time employees as required.Maintain records of employee warnings in compliance with company policies, federal, and state regulations.Administer workers' compensation claims and oversee injury case management.Prepare and analyze Excel reports on payroll, labor costs, work hours, and headcount on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.Skills & QualificationsAssociates or Bachelors degree preferred1-2+ years of HR Administration requiredproviding administrative support requiredProficient in MS Excel (V-lookup/formulas/analysis and reporting) requiredExperience in EHS/Safety would be a huge plus.Experience overseeing EHS Specialist could be an added role depending on the experienceData entryHR supportOnboardingExcelTime entryReporting toolsReporting analysisPayrollMicrosoft OfficeWork Environment:
Onsite Monday-Friday 9am-6pm in Gilroy, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
