HR Administrator
Purpose of the Role: Provide first-hand support to the HR Business Partner and serve as the primary point of contact for the workforce. Core functions include managing payroll and biometric systems.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage payroll and biometric systems (PaySpace & ERS Biometrics) Support role to the HR Business Partner Maintain positive employee relations HR administration, ensuring accurate record-keeping Assist with Employment Equity committee meetings and BBBEE initiatives Support employee engagement strategies and well-being programs Support in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislation Required Skills & Experience:
Tertiary qualification (Degree/Certification) in HR or related field with 5 years of HR experience Proven experience in payroll processing, ERS biometric systems, and shift patterns Language proficiency - (understand, speak, read and write): Fully proficient in English Good command of the Afrikaans language Proficient in at least one other official South African language (e.g. IsiZulu, IsiXhosa, Sepedi, Sesotho, Setswana, SiSwati, Tshivenda, Xitsonga) Excellent IT proficiency, particularly in HR information systems Familiarity with BCEA, LRA, EEA, and unionised environments is advantageous Exceptional planning, organisational, and multitasking abilities Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills High integrity, attention to detail, and a structured approach Energetic, emotionally intelligent, innovative, and a self-starter Valid driver’s license and own transport required Preference for applicants residing in the Northern Suburbs of Pretoria due to heavy traffic conditions
