Hire Resolve’s client is on the lookout for a skilled HR Administrator with experience in the plastics industry to join their team in Pretoria, GP. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of organizational and interpersonal skills and must have a background/experience in HR in the plastics industry.
Responsibilities:
Support and enhance HR functions by managing day-to-day HR operations. Maintain and update employee records and database to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and facilitate orientation programs. Provide advisory support to employees on HR-related queries and concerns. Assist with employee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions. Administer payroll and benefits processes, ensuring compliance with policies. Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support training and development initiatives to promote employee growth within the organization. Handle employee exit processes and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.Requirements:
