This role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure that HR programs and policies are effectively applied. **Key responsibilities include:** Being the ambassador of Balls culture, driving the right behaviours amongst all plant employees. Support the deployment of annual people processes, such as performance reviews and salary reviews. Work closely with the HR Manager on projects and operational needs. Recruitment for some of the local vacancies, with the support of the Talent Acquisition team. Supporting with payroll data, absence and redundancy pay calculations etc. Coordination of internal and external training providers. Responsibility for employee administration SuccessFactors (contract management, employment references, evaluations, etc.). Creation and maintenance of HR reports and statistics. Participation in various HR initiatives to promote company goals and values. **What are we looking for?** Completed or ongoing education in business administration. Ideally, professional experience in the HR field, payroll or finance. Confident in Microsoft Office and experience using SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HR database.
