\nPurpose :
\nExciting opportunity to become a part of a growing team supporting critical defense missions! Our team is looking for an HR Intern who can contribute and support staff across a full range of Talent Acquisition and HR processes. The HR Intern contributes to the accomplishment of the Human Resource Department by assisting with the sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding of employees.  This individual is responsible for assisting the Recruiters and HR to ensure the recruitment process and HR functions are carried out appropriately and timely. This is an entry level opportunity and both internal and external training will be provided to support professional growth in this position.

\nResponsibilities:\n\n\tProvides talent acquisition assistance in identifying qualified, quality candidates.\n\tSource and forward resumes to appropriate Talent Acquisition Specialist to fill open positions.\n\tAssist HR leadership as needed on administrative tasks\n\tMine for resumes using job boards, social media and sourcing platforms.\n\tAssists in creating job descriptions for various positions.\n\tMay attend local job fairs.\n\tAssists in managing and ensuring accuracy of the company’s job posting sites (LinkedIn, Candidate Applicant Tracking System (CATS), Clearancejobs.com, EmployFlorida.com, etc.)\n\tMay administer drug screenings and complete reference checks\n\n
\nSkills/Experience:
\n \n\n\n\tAbility to analyzing information with outstanding attention to detail skills.\n\tOutstanding written and oral communications skills.\n\tAbility to multi-task and handle stressful situations.\n\tComputer skills in Microsoft Office, Internet/search engines.\n\n
\nFormal Education/Certifications:
\n \n\n\n\tBachelor’s Degree or majoring in a Human Resources/Business related field\n\tStudents and recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply\n\n
