Job Description

Your responsibilities:

Manage smooth on-boarding and off-boarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.Prepare and consolidate pre-payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Oversee absences and working hours, ensuring seamless integration with our time tracking system.Serve as a direct point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support.Conduct both internal and external audits for administrative and payroll compliance.Prepare and present reports that drive insights and decision-making.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

Advanced proficiency in Excel (it’s your go-to tool for analysis!).Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.Fluent in both Polish and English (min. B2 level).Good understanding of Polish labor law.Familiarity with the basics of payroll calculations.A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
