Job DescriptionYour responsibilities:
Manage smooth on-boarding and off-boarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.Prepare and consolidate pre-payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Oversee absences and working hours, ensuring seamless integration with our time tracking system.Serve as a direct point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support.Conduct both internal and external audits for administrative and payroll compliance.Prepare and present reports that drive insights and decision-making.QualificationsWhat we're looking for:
Advanced proficiency in Excel (it’s your go-to tool for analysis!).Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.Fluent in both Polish and English (min.
