HP Service Line Operations Director
Description: Job Summary:

Assists the VP in aligning and mobilizing people and activities to deliver affordable high quality care to our members that is easy to access.


Essential Responsibilities:

Collaborates with Medical Group leadership to execute department vision and strategy and to ensure an effective health care team.
Is responsible for department performance in providing outstanding quality of care, service and access to care for our patient.
Leads projects and improvement initiatives across the region and within the service area.
Responsible for performance and development of direct reports and front-line teams.
Facilitates the design of optimal workflows and identifies best practices Shares those best practices across the service area and region.
Consistently improves the experience for leaders and teams to create the best place to work.
Collaborates with other leaders to improve performance for the service area and region.
Ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory rules, laws and policies.
Basic Qualifications: Experience

Minimum five (5) years of experience as a line manager in a health care delivery organization required.
Education
Bachelors degree in health care administration, nursing, nursing administration, business administration, or public health required. License, Certification, Registration N/A Additional Requirements:
N/A Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a managed care setting preferred.Masters degree preferred.
