A reputable non profit located in downtown Boston is seeking an experienced individual to join their housing team! The Housing Navigator will assist Veterans in their search to find housing and expedite their transition from homelessness to stabilization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree 1+ years experience in housing search, case management, navigating community resources, and housing placements
Experience working with substance abuse, mental health, and homelessness
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
