The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
· Ensure that all public areas are organized, kept clean, and presentable at all times.
· Assist with Housekeeping as needed by removing dirty linen and help re-stock guest room attendant cart.
· Ongoing involvement in preventative maintenance programs
· Recognize and report potential safety hazards (broken doors or railings, fire hazards, etc.) to Housekeeping office Coordinator in order to create Hotsos orders of any damage, deficits, and disturbances
· Maintaining shelf organization in the storage room and replenishing supplies as needed
· Cleaning furniture, elevators, glass, planters, light fixtures, carpets, walls, and more in public areas such as the lobby, pool, and public restrooms.
· Delivering special request items to guest rooms.
· Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, guests, and the public.
