The Housekeeping Supervisor maintains a clean and safe community for residents, family members, guests, and associates by coordinating and directing all housekeeping services.
What will I do every day?
Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities Inspect associates’ work performance Schedule general cleaning before move-ins and after move-outsInvestigate complaints about service and equipment Arrange for services, such as painting, repair work, renovations etc.Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associatesRemain updated in changing in OSHA laws and/or other regulations
What will I need to be successful in this role?
Bring a smile to work every dayBe a great team playerHigh school graduate; some college preferred3-5 years’ experience as a supervisor and/or in a housekeeping lead role
Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?
Technical training or certification (e.g., National Environmental Health Association) is desirable
