What will I be doing?
As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you would be responsible for providing dispatching services and office support to the Housekeeping department in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nAnswer all incoming telephone calls, respond to guest and team member inquiries and dispatch appropriate service in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\nUse and maintain the work order system and/or property management system to include, but not limited to, logging and recording all service requests, initiating, dispatching and closing all work orders and generating associated reports\nEnsure vacant/ready rooms are available to the Front Office by coordinating with appropriate Housekeeping and Property Operation team members\nRespond to emergency calls and monitor the alarm system\nCoordinate office traffic\nPerform additional general office duties including, but not limited to, processing paperwork, scheduling team members, processing payroll, conducting inventory and equipment maintenance and tracking guest comments and feedback, as needed\nWhat are we looking for?
