\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\nClean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
\n\n\nReplenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and service areas
\n\n\nReport any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor
\n\n\nEnsure linen and guest supplies are handled and stored correctly
\n\n\nRespond promptly and courteously to guest requests
\n\n\nHandle guest belongings with utmost care and professionalism
\n\n\nAdhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
\n\n\nWork collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation and exceptional guest experience
\n\n\nFollow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards
\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\nPrevious experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
\n\n\nGood physical condition and stamina
\n\n\nHigh attention to detail and cleanliness
\n\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\n\n\nGood interpersonal skills and a courteous manner
\n\n\nFlexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
\n\n\nCommunication skills in English
