The Faircape Group operates 6 high end retirement/lifestyle villages in the Western Cape.

We are seeking a Temporary - Housekeeper at our facility Noordhoek Hoek Manor to carry out various cleaning duties and to ensure our facility is in an orderly condition. 

(Preferably candidates residing within the Fish Hoek area will be considered)

Job duties include, but is not limited to the following:

Ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout all areas of the facilityClean designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)Perform and document routine inspection activitiesCarry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects upon requestEnsure all walkways remain clear and free of debrisNotify management of any repairs requiredMix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriatelyFollow all health and safety regulations

Experience and knowledge:

3 years cleaning experience preferableExcellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operationsKnowledge regarding the proper use of cleaning/chemical agentsAttention to detail and good communication skillsWe will require a written reference in order to proceed with your application

Salary on offer from R5 000 Cost to Company per month. 

Working Hours: Normal working days are Mondays to Sundays, according to the roster. You will be required to work 16.25 shifts per month. Shifts are from 07h00 until 19h00.
