Housekeeper - Part Time, 2nd shift
Provide necessary general maintenance to facility and property. Maintain the organization of assigned warehouse space including receiving incoming deliveries, processing shipments, inventory control, etc. Perform miscellaneous company errands and deliveries as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties may be assigned)

Provide general maintenance inside and outside of the facility including but not limited to cleaning and painting.Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all Facilities work areas, mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, storerooms and vehicles.Ensure assigned space is clean and organized and inventory tracked accurately and easily locatablePerform tasks assigned by supervisorAssist with setup in moving furniture, props, desks, tables, and chairs, etc., as needed for special events such as photo shoots, company meetings, Foundation events etc.Maintain property groundsSweeps, mops, polishes, and cleans finished hard surfacesVacuums and spot clean carpets and rugsReports malfunction of bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, and/or damages to room and hall furnishings to supervisor.Perform miscellaneous Company errandsInitiates work orders for repair/maintenanceOther jobs as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEHigh School Graduate. Post high school technical education preferred 2+ years general facility cleaning
