SCHEDULE: Days & Evenings
ATTRIBUTES:
One (1) year of housekeeping or assistance with household tasks for individuals at home and unable to perform these tasks
Effective oral and written communication skills
18 years of age or older
Detail-oriented and friendly
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleaning & Maintenance. Perform home management tasks per the Housekeeping Plan of Care, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry and kitchen clean up; report any noted unsafe environmental conditions or changes in the patient's physical or mental behavior to the supervisor
Communication. Demonstrate respect for the rights, dignity and self-worth of all participants, family members and co-workers at all times
Documentation. Complete and submit activity sheets timely, neatly and accurately in accordance with documentation expectations
PAY SUMMARY:
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
