Our client, a global leader in vehicle services and logistics solutions, is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team in Oxnard, CA. This role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of administrative buildings and surrounding areas to ensure a safe, organized, and well-maintained facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness around the admin/office building, including trash, debris, and palm fronds.Sweep and mop floors as needed.Empty trash cans in shops and breakrooms.Clean restrooms and breakrooms throughout the day.Replenish paper products in restrooms regularly.Clean exterior areas, including windows, walls, doors, door jams, and smoking areas.Pick up trash and control weeds around the facility.Replace lights and perform light painting as needed.Carry out other janitorial and light maintenance tasks as directed.

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and follow specific work procedures.Experience with cleaning supplies, tools, and PPE.Comfortable working in all weather conditions and standing/walking for long periods.Strong attention to detail and ability to suggest improvements.Must be able to read, write, and speak English.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.Self-motivated and dependable.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $18.50 per hourSchedule: Monday - Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
