Here's what you'll be doing each day:

Ensuring the restaurant and bar are ready for opening Responsible for ensuring a high level of standards are met and maintained Excellent quality service of food/beverages according to the guests needs Ensuring work area is cleaned before, during and at the end of shift Exceed the expectations of all guests through empowerment and by responding attentively, efficiently and politely to all requests Responsible for communicating to the staff any special reservations, functions

Able to work  evenings and weekends. (Hours of work will flex with business demands) Be a customer service focused individual who is detail orientated and able to anticipate clients needs Have strong communication skills Previous experience as a Hostess would be an asset Be an individual who has a professional appearance, positive attitude and outgoing personality Strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize job duties in order to ensure time management is maintained Experience with Micros or similar system would be an asset
