Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Hostess to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Hostess, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanorManage reservations through phone, email, and in-person inquiriesEscort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seatedMonitor table rotation to maximize seating efficiency and minimize wait timesCoordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flowMaintain an organized and clean reception areaHandle guest inquiries and special requests with empathy and efficiencyAssist in resolving any customer concerns or complaintsCollaborate with the food and beverage team to support overall operationsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions

QualificationsPrevious experience in food & beverage or restaurant operationsExcellent guest service skills with a strong customer-focused attitudeSuperior English language proficiency, both verbal and writtenProven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellenceProficiency in using reservation management systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic math skills for managing reservations and table assignmentsAbility to stand for extended periods and move continuously during shiftsFlexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysProfessional appearance and adherence to grooming standardsHigh school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality is a plus
