Minimum requirements:
Grade 12, hospitality certificate will be a plus Preferably 1- 2 years previous hostess experience Understanding of restaurant etiquette Experience in managing reservations Able to work in a team Demonstrable customer-service skills Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, public holidays, weekends) Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele Able to handle a high-pressure environment Must be well-presented and enthusiastic personality Flexibility and Accountability Consultant: Rene Otte - Dante Personnel Greenstone
