Position Summary

- Handling reservations and guests inquiry - Welcoming and serving guests according to the given instructions and established service standards - Maintains High standards of hygiene, cleanliness, tidiness and adhere to work place safety practice

• 協助餐廳經理處理餐廳的日常運營,協助為客人進行預定及解答客人的查詢
• 按既定標準有效率地歡迎和服務客人
• 高度保持用餐區、服務設備處於良好、整潔的狀態

Primary Responsibility

- Assist the outlet Manager with day-to-day operation of the outlet, specifically with table management - responsible for reservations and guests inquiry Handling - Welcome and Serve guests efficiently according to established standard - Maintains High standards of hygiene, cleanliness, tidiness and adhere to work place safety practice - Manage guests database

• 在5星級/品牌酒店中至少有1年的經驗
• 具有客戶服務經驗優先考慮
• 流利中文及良好英語聽說能力
• 必須具備長時間連續行走和站立的能力

Requirements Education: - High school graduated - FandB related certificate is an added advantage Experience: - 1 year at a 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant - Frontline customer service experience in airlines, retail, concierge is an added advantage Knowledge and Skills: - Basic FandB product and service knowledge - Advance customer service skills - Computer literate Others: - Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin and English, both written and spoken - Preferably female, minimum height 150cm (barefoot) - Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time - Team player
