Is able to work in a fast paced, stressful environment while being calm, collected and accurate with attention to detail. Adheres to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Greet internal and external guests in a warm tone and smile, with eye contact. Present and maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Work safely, with sanitation, efficiency, and with guest’s loyalty in mind. Must be detail oriented and ensure that all items are correct, perhaps hundreds of times over. Ensures and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the host podium and ensures the dining room floor is presentable at all times. Maintains confidentiality and security of relevant information. Works with communication devices such as telephones, two-way radio, guest paging system, and both computerized and manual table management system. Interacts and speaks with guests to maintain great guest relations and provide opportunities for loyalty to occur. Demonstrated record of successful interpersonal skills in regard to working with diverse people and levels of authority. Multi-task ability and able to complete all tasks with minimal supervision and show a sense of urgency no matter what the business volume. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively. Shows dignity, kindness, and respect to guests and Team Members Education, Tr AI Ning, And Experience Customer Service or Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
