**What would I be doing?** The Host/Cashier is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The position is also responsible for greeting guests, arranging for prompt seating, and for performing all sales transactions. This individual is responsible for ensuring that guests feel welcome and comfortable in accordance with Belterra Casino Resort customer service standards. **Responsibilities** + The Host/Cashier is responsible for actively building and retaining customer relations and acts as a mentor to other employees while providing superior customer service.
