Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric Required qualification - Hotel School Diploma or University Degree directly related to Food & Beverage is advantageous 6 Years’ + Food & Beverage Management and Hotel Management experience at 4/5 star property in same or similar senior position Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel is required Working knowledge of Micros, Opera Food & Beverage and Opera Sales systems preferred
