With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that’s built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence. **The Hospitalist Program Administrator:** + Provide management and leadership of assigned hospitalist/hospital-based programs serving BayCare Health System. + Oversee the utilization management and daily business operations to include financial, operational, administrative and regulatory compliance. + Assist Operations Director in preparing operating forecasts and capital budget requests. + Manages setting up new programs and on-boarding new physicians/providers and staff, provider departures, mentoring peers, and special projects as assigned. + Works with Hospital administration to ensure service levels are being maintained. + Work closely with appropriate physician leaders to co-lead assigned programs and address provider or staff deficiencies, while driving clinical quality and productivity. + Develop systems for outreach and engagement of BMG and Community physicians who utilize BMG hospitalist services. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business and 3 years leadership experience in medical group management, healthcare leadership, population health management, or transformation leadership. + Master’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
