Site Name: Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City Posted Date: Feb 4 2025 Job Purpose: To create the strategic objectives of whole GSK portfolio at specialist hospitals in the assigned territories. The position will lead a team of hospital channel managers nationwide to: Create hospital strategy and deliver business objectives across GSK portfolio, and Create patient centric healthcare leader relationships to build strong advocacy with healthcare professionals (HCPs), supported by scientific knowledge and healthcare landscape which deliver good HCP’s experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implement of the short and long-term strategic plans at specialist hospitals. Oversee the engagement with key decision makers at specialist hospitals to build long-term partnership, account satisfaction to increase access to GSK’s medicine and vaccines. Inspire omnichannel planning & execution excellence for the current focused porfolio and new product launch, ensuring account level adoption and implementation. Drive performance by orchestrating appropriate activities and value propositions aligned with hospitals. Leadership and Coaching Excellence: effectively lead a team of hospital channel managers to drive performance and develop their team capability & talent Lead & enable cross-functional relationships & way of working including medical-marketing-field force to enable the excelence implementation. Be responsible for all activities implementation the hospital channel to ensure comply with GSK standards and local laws. Knowledge/ Education / Experience Required. Minimum Level of Education: University Degree. Area of Specialisation: Professional on pharmaceutical industry or medical Professional on pharmaceutical industry or medical. Minimum experience of 5-10 years in Commercial and key account leadership Leadership and Coaching Excellence. Experience in managing experienced managers. Experience in therapeutic areas (Pulmo/Rheuma/Endo/Cardio/Geriatrics/Neuro...) is preference. Coaching, Performance and People Management *LI-GSK Why GSK?
