Job Details:

This position performs different repairs during the week and preventive maintenance on weekends.
1. Ability to work with 480 volt 3 phase electricity
2. Experience with pneumatics, hydraulic, electrical automated process control systems, PLC operations, inverters, and basic electricity
3. Ability to perform scale calibrations and repairs
4. Ability to possess mechanical skills
5. Ability to perform pm tasks on equipment daily and weekly
6. Ability to perform troubleshooting activities daily
7.  Ability to be proactive in reducing downtime on all electronic equipment
8. Ability to weld using appropriate tools accordingly.
9. Ability to be willing to travel for advanced training classes
10. Ability to have good troubleshooting skills
11. Dependable and responsible
12. Follow and Operate within all Tyson Safety protocols (learning and following the LOTO program)
13. Ability to be able to work 5-6 days a week with overtime
14. Ability to be able to stoop, bend, climb ladders, and work overhead
15. Ability to be flexible to work in cold and or hot temperatures
16. Ability to be cooperative and follow instructions carefully
17. Able to Lift up to 100 lbs frequently.
18. Loading programs into packing equipment.
19. Load the program to print heads.
20. Change the data label on the printhead.

Experience:

Maintenance Generalist must possess a minimum of 6 months of mechanic work/experience and/or education documented in the work/education history section of the application (can be a combination of employer(s)/education, if equals at least 6 months. Maintenance Scale Tech must possess a minimum of 6 months of mechanic work/experience and/or education documented in the work/education history section of the application (can be a combination of employer(s)/education, if it equals at least 6 months.
